Rust, Lace and Decay: Alexandra Malpass Numinous Collection

So much has happened since these photos were shot. I'm happy to finally present them to you. Having been working on several projects and also graduating from Art school I'm just now considering all that I want to do with this next year.... I hope with this new start I can be more open, more creative, more expressive in the works I want to present. Thanks for all being apart of it

Alexandra, an old friend from school asked me to shoot her final year collection.
I was so humbled and thrilled to be working with her! She truly is a master at her work and it shows with her reign supreme at RAW Designer of the Year.

A Little Christmas Party

The first Christmas Post for this year comes from attending the wonderful Hedberg Christmas party having attended a few of these I have to say each time they seem to out-do the year before. ( if thats even possible)

Everything  looked so spectacular and delicious and tasted even better ..

Sarah is such a beautiful friend and her whole family is so welcoming and amazing host's.
I lived with Sarah in my second year of Art school and apart from being one of the most intelligent,  and elegant people I have ever met, she has such a creative soul and at every chance, fills her life with beautiful crafts and handmade details.
It's such a joy every time I see her... Cant wait to hear all her new adventures.

Quiz master: Sarah's trivia Games seem to get harder and harder each year .. but are always full of laughter and hushed intense discussions over presidents, movies beloved characters from books and pop culture.

Hannah saved our group... with  an enthusiastic approach to the difficult task ahead ... (I really need to brush up on my Shakespeare lol )
Everything looked so glamourously romantic...
Candle lit Champagne experiences, everyone needs them sometime ...

Alfred so so so cute ... even shaved
The German after dinner Christmas game (always a treat).

Everyone brings a small gift to the party, place it in a basket,  roll the dice until everyone has presents, then you steal everyone else's presents.  Hard to explain but terrifically fun!

The laughter was infectious, and the wrapping kept everyone guessing what's inside each of the prettily wrapped gifts..
There's to many cakes to choose from  ...
Our names all beautifully presented, drawn on plates.. to good to eat from
The tastes of Summer: fruits, Pavalova, chocolate, caramel and Tiramisu
Unwrapped gifts ...plates of cake devoured, country flowers, & candles burning bright in the night ...

To the Hedberg Family: Ian, Izzy and Sarah (domestic goddess extraordinaire)
Thanks for the amazing night full of laughter, games, good friends, food and more food....
